We provide tax planning, research and advice. Tax planning is rarely performed by itself. Rather tax planning is usually integrated into business law advice, estate planning or some other legal service.

Obviously we provide tax planning as an integral part of our other services. However, sometimes your current lawyer or accountant lacks the tax expertise needed in a transaction. We commonly will work with your existing advisors as part of your team and make sure that your planning is tax compliant and tax efficient.
